Black Bear Lodge and Cozy Bear Lodge were custom built as vacation homes for Kay & Lee Bettenhausen.  Nestled in the mountains adjacent to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, yet only a 5-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg, the Lodges are custom built to meet all the needs of a log home vacation retreat.  We are sure Black Bear & Cozy Bear will become your favorite log home getaway.

We have selected the area's premier vacation rental management company, Jackson Mountain Homes, to manage Black Bear & Cozy Bear.  Your vacation will be completely carefree from reservation to check-out.  Should you travel with 2 people or 12, our log homes will suit your needs completely, 24/7.  If your group expands to 24, the Lodges have identical floor plans and are located in close proximity to each other.
